  Thought the doctor was great but after refusing to speak to me as per his office office & billing manager I have no respect for him. It is clear to me now that they only care about money & how much they can get from you. They will also discuss any billing or medical issues right in the waiting room..... They need to learn the HIPPA laws & compassion.

  Do yourself a favor and Stay away from this office. Beware going to Dr. Kahn office. I had a procedure done back in February 2016. For starters they wouldn’t see me until I paid $500 up front. I paid in cash no problem. I get a letter in the mail from my insurance company, that I over paid at Dr. Kahn office. My insurance company contacted Dr. Kahn office and requested that they process my refund. Brad the office manger told my insurance company that it will be process and should be issued out in two weeks. I gave it three weeks and nothing was sent on their behalf, so I called the office and all I get are excuse empty promises and keep getting the run around. Its now August 2016 its been Six months now and I called the office countless times over six months just about once a week to check on the status and have yet to receive my refund that it rightfully owed to me. The office manager Brad never returns my phone calls as I was promised. It's clear they are only concern about collecting money! I paid over $500 in cash; they have no system in place for those who they overcharged. What kind of business is this seriously so unprofessional? God only knows how many others they overcharged and the patient might not even realize, well don’t count on the office to do there job and have records in place to give back money to the patient they overcharge they are a bunch of crooks its illegal what they are doing. It is a poorly run business, Worst customer service, and bad management. There are far better offices in the area. No need to settle. I will not recommend or return!
