- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪i was refused service because i refuse to give my social security, than they said at least the last four of my ss and i also refused. it was just unconformable that they need it my ss so badly for "billing" purposes when the patient (my son) has insurance. i also explain my identity has been stolen so i don't give my social to no one.
